I’m looking for a considerate lodger to take my spare room in my modern, fully equipped flat near Stockbridge.

I own and normally live in the flat, but I’ll be out of the country for at least January–March for work, so you’ll have almost exclusive use of the entire flat during that period. I’ll retain one bedroom for my belongings.

On the rare occasion I might need to stay a night, I’ll always give you plenty of advance notice.

You get the benefit of a room rental (with bills included) but the freedom and space of having a whole flat to yourself most of the time.

2 minutes’ walk to the Western General Hospital
Stockbridge is around a 10-minute walk
3 large supermarkets within a few minutes’ walk/drive
Excellent bus links directly outside the development with routes across the city
Perfect for someone working at the Western General, in Stockbridge, or commuting into the city centre.
