Spacious Room in Homey Polwarth Flat!

hi! i have a very bright and very spacious room available in my flat in polwarth ! the room comes with a double bed, desk and lots of storage space. kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is also very homey! there are lots of bus links and only a 30 minute walk to town centre :)

rent is £750 including bills.

our flatmate is going away travelling at the start of next year so it would be best suited to someone who’s on a semester abroad / only needs the room from January to around May when he’s back - he can move out the room earlier than the 10th if needed and the date of his return isn’t set in stone so we can work around what dates you need to be in the room for!

you would be sharing the flat with me and my boyfriend, i work from home 3 days a week (usually in our room) and he’s on a graduate job hunt whilst working part time - so both of us are busy during the day! generally we keep to ourselves but always happy to chat, watch tv and show you round edinburgh if you need/want! calum’s a runner and enjoys watching football, and i enjoy walking and cooking!

all we ask is that you keep the room tidy and clean, alongside the common areas :)
