Your room has a nice view towards the castle.
Rent is £900 per month with bills in addition. The council tax band E is split between you and the second tenant, internet around £12-15 a month and utility costs are relatively low with a well insulated, high epc rating, for the flat.
The flat is rented directly from the landlord. Very approachable and responsive.
Current flatmate, 27 year old long term professional. Very chilled and welcoming. He has been here long term.
Ideally looking to move in from 25th till the 2nd January.
