Hello! I am moving out of my 2 bed flat just off of Leith Walk, so I am looking for someone to replace me! You would be living with my lovely flatmate Kat and her cat Bathsheeba (who is very cute!)
The area is great, everything you need is within walking distance and has excellent transport links with a bus stop pretty much right outside the building. Rent is £575 per month with bills and council tax usually coming to about £130 (although this is just during winter, it’s usually a bit less in summer).
