Student Room Fountainbridge

Hiya, I’m a current renter at Unite Students Bridge House looking to release my lease as I’ve found accommodation elsewhere. My lease is through to August 2026 and I’m open to viewings/move-in anytime from now. The room is 13 sq m, has a double bed, wardrobe, study desk, chairs, and a sink, in a flat shared with four others. There are two bathrooms and a kitchen with ample fridge and storage space. The property also has study rooms and entertainment lounges with TVs and couches. It’s a pretty central area just twenty minutes walk from the George Square campus with good transport links. The room I have in question is on the ground floor so no stairs! Yippee.
