We are looking for a flatmate for our gorgeous 4 bed flat in central Edinburgh. It's a double room in a tenement build (with double glazing!), with great views. The rent is £410 and bills come to around £90-100 per month.
Two of the girls are musicians (34 and 36) and I am a librarian (28), we are a friendly bunch and like to socialise together in the evenings when we can - to sit and chat, or work on our own wee projects together, or stick some TV or film on the projector.
We are looking for someone that would fit in with that feeling that our place is a home rather than just a flatshare!
We are also looking for someone who can move in ASAP.
