Other flatmate: I am a working professional (non-work-from-home) and have one dog named ChiChi. He is a 3-year-old corgi who is very friendly and enjoys having people around. He is generally pretty chill, very gentle with cats and playful with other dogs, but does like to bark at the doorbell.
The space: the room is very large with two south-facing windows, a fireplace, and a walk-in wardrobe. Hardwood flooring throughout the whole apartment.
Rent: £850
Bills: £217/month (council tax, electric, gas, internet)
Council Tax band: E
If confirmed, you will need to pass reference checks with the landlord and will be added to the lease agreement.
Needing a new tenant to be confirmed asap and ready to move in around the 1st week in Jan.
