Hello everyone!
I'm moving out, so I’m looking for someone ASAP who can move in immediately.
The flat is lovely, it's a university domus flat! It’s located on Nicolson Street, very central and well-connected. It's right above the big Tesco and a minute's walk from Lidl. It's a 10-minute walk to Potterow, the Main Library, and the meadows.
There are seven of us in the flat, but as I mentioned, I’m the one leaving. I'm going to London/Oxford! We’ve got a cosy living room with sofas and a dining table, and two bathrooms and a washing machine.
The rent is only £480 per month!! And you get eduroam, so no need to get wifi!! Other bills are excluded, though.
One important thing to note: You need to be a student at the University of Edinburgh, as the landlord is the university and the flat is just for students. Also, there's no deposit!
All the flatmates are absolutely amazing, and they all do mathematics/physics (I do philosophy, haha!)
