I’m looking for a new tenant to replace my flatmate as she is leaving UK. It’s a nice, normal flat, rent is cheap because landlady hasn’t increased rent for several years. The price includes council tax (£80 per person), not include utility bills.

It’s a small bedroom in furnished third floor flat in Gorgie area. The room has a bed and a big wardrobe(not captured by the photo…) Location is excellent, 2mins to Sainburys & Aldi, with easy access to Haymarket/city centre.

Flat comprises hall, living room, fitted kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with electric shower. Double glazing, gas central heating, communal back garden.

Suit quiet, clean & tidy single mature professional female.
