Room to let in Edinburgh

Hi there I have a double room near Fountain Park available. It has a parking spot, and very close bus stops (4-7mins) that all go through town or take you past Gorgie the other way. There is a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and storage closets. The room to let has a decent storage capacity in the wardrobe with mirrored doors and a large chest of drawers as well. Bills are included and any excess I will pay. You would have to be good with animals as I love them ants any you have or would want to get are more than welcome 🥰. I don't drink or smoke anymore, you are more than welcome to however you may not smoke inside the apartment. 1. because of fire alarms. 2. some smokeable...things smell too much, so always outside. Vaping inside is fine. About me: I am a very weird individual; I like anime, motorcycles, animals, playing games and cleaning. And that is it, so the room is alright but the main test for compatibility is the question. I need weird and crazy in my life. I only get along with unique people.
