I am moving out due to family commitments but you will be joining an easy-going flat of two young professionals - one girl (23) and one guy (25). The room is a nice spacious room with a gorgeous view of Calton Hill - I got an armchair to enjoy cuppas & books w the view that I will be leaving there! (the room is fully furnished I just bought the armchair to fill the space)
The flat is located on a quiet street, so you get the peace without losing the convenience - the city centre’s hustle and bustle is just around the corner.
- 5-minute walk to Sainsbury’s Local
- 10-minute walk to the big Tesco and big Lidl
Great transport connections with bus routes and the tram all within easy walking distance. Waverley station c.10-15min walk & airport is c.45min on the tram.
