It is in a very central part of Edinburgh, with great access to the city centre, universities (Edinburgh, Heriot Watt & Napier) and Haymarket train station.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, tidy, fun and respectful. Bills (utlilities + internet) are approximately £92.50 per month. Council tax band is B, although you will not have to pay if you are a student.
