Double Room in Large Marchmont Flat!

We have a garden-facing room available in a spacious Marchmont tenement flat, only five minutes walk from the Meadows!

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a sink. A large cupboard is just outside your room which would be exclusively for you to use.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower (just out of frame in the photo!) and a shared living room with sofas and a dining table.

The kitchen in equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker and oven. There is plenty of storage across the flat - there's a shared box room, (mainly used for bikes and hanging laundry), and 3 other large shared cupboards.

You will be sharing a flat with my three flatmates (1 guy and 2 girls) aged 24-25; who are working full-time, but enjoy having occasional flat dinners, movie nights and card games. There's no pressure though when things get busy and often we just hang out in the kitchen together as and when.

Ideally we'd be looking for someone who is planning on staying longer term, and working (for council tax reasons).

The stairwell is a mix of families, young professionals and students, and there's a shared garden out at the back.

Council tax is £71/ month each, wifi is £6, and heating/electric bills about £32. (The council tax band is F)

Move-in date: around the 20th of January would be ideal, but this is flexible.
