Spare room in a Marchmont Flatshare

Hello!

We're looking for a flatmate to join our Marchmont flatshare. I'll sadly be leaving Edinburgh towards the end of January, so I'm looking for someone to replace me!

You will be sharing a flat with 3 young professionals, (1 guy and 2 girls) aged 24-25. We enjoy having occasional flat dinners and card games, and often just like to hang out in the kitchen together as and when - eating together; or having the occasional movie night.

We have a mix of interests - our hobbies include swimming, running, hillwalking, cross-stitching and travelling abroad.

You'll be staying in a lovely spacious flat, a 5 minute walk from the meadows.

The room is furnished with a double bed, with a sink and a garden-facing window.

We have 1 bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and a shared living room with sofas and a dining table.

The kitchen in equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker and oven. There is plenty of storage - there's a box room, (mainly used for bikes and hanging laundry), and 3 other big cupboards.

It would be great to find someone who we get along with and as well as being flatmates, and who is up for hanging out sometimes. We'd ideally like a male flatmate to keep the gender balance (two girls and two guys!), and someone working full-time (for council tax reasons).

The stairwell is a mix of families, young professionals and students, and there's a shared garden out at the back.

Rent is £700/ month, not including bills.
Council tax is £71/ month each, wifi is £6, and bills about £32.

(The council tax band is F)

Move-in date: around the 24th of January would be ideal. We would ideally looking for someone who is able to stay long term (1 year+)
