It's located at the entrance to a Hawkhill Close which is a quite modern development 5 minutes from Easter Road. There is also an free parking for residents in the close and free underground parking.
The two current tenants are Jake and Ben who is a 30 year old working professional and 26 year old PhD student.

The room will be available from the 7th of January (although a week or so earlier is possible) and will cost the following each month
