Cosy, bright double room with king-size bed in a friendly and well-kept flat

The room is compact but the flat has high ceilings and a large window, so it feels light and airy. Comes with a king-size bed, desk, bookshelf, and clothes storage and under-bed storage. The room has blackout blinds and curtains. We're just a stone's throw from the Meadows and plenty of nice cafes and pubs.

We have a live out landlord. You'd be sharing with me - I’m 31, work in the charities sector, I'm relatively quiet, but up for a chat and I'm fairly tidy. I like stand-up comedy, music, coffee, whisky, cooking, that sort of thing. I moved to Edinburgh from London early 2025.

I'm looking for someone like-minded - a professional or postgrad student (late 20s or 30s) who’s friendly and chilled. It's a relaxed and generally wholesome home!
