Flatmate needed

Not too sure what I’m doing with this as it’s the first time I’ve posted an ad or looked for a flat mate.
I’ll be renting out my spare double room within the next few weeks.

It’s located in the newish builds of wester hailes, furnished with king size bed, drawers, wardrobe and a desk if needed.

I keep the house clean and fresh, shared livingroom/kitchen area, car park, quiet stair neighbours are cool. Big tv in the living room, usually always music on in the house when I’m home.

I’ve yet to confirm rent amount inc bills on WiFi, electricity etc…around £5/550
