Room available from 11th January on Easter Road

Flatmate is going on holiday I am looking to arrange viewings this week after 6pm or the week of the 12th January.

I’m moving out of my 2-bed on Easter Road opposite the big Tesco. Rent is £650 and bills, including council tax, come to an additional £150. The tenancy officially starts on 25th January. I will be moving out in early January, so the room will be available beforehand. There is plenty of storage throughout the flat. The room comes with a small double bed with under-bed storage, a wardrobe, a set of drawers, a desk and a full length mirror. The flat was recently renovated with a modern look. The living room gets bright morning light, and the bedroom gets warm evening light.

You will be sharing with a 25-year-old extroverted professional woman who works from home 2 days a week.
