Double room available in an art deco mansion block in Stockbridge/Comely Bank area. Huge sitting room fully furnished, cosy armchairs. The kitchen is modern with washer/dryer, dish washer and a big standing freezer (the kitchen is long so it’s hard to photograph it properly but it does have excellent storage!). There’s also a big storage cupboard in the hallway for additional bits.
Room is unfurnished but can provide a bed and storage/chest of drawers if you’d like! Just let me know

Situated on the fourth floor of a beautiful art deco building with a lift, private car parking and caretaker. Loads of light and gorgeous views across to Fife, it’s a quick walk to the local Waitrose and very accessible to the West End. Bus routes within 2 minute walk include 19, 22, 37, 43, 47 and 36.
Bills are £47 a month, council tax is £90 a month (band D)

You’ll be living with me, 31 year old who moved in a few weeks ago and my 6 year old whippet. I work from home 4 days a week, enjoy baking, cooking and pottering around Stockbridge on the weekends.
