Hello! Our flatmate is moving out mid-January so looking for someone to take over her room from mid/end of Jan onwards!
We’re a flat of girls aged 27-30 and would love our new flatmate to be our friend as well as our flatmate! We enjoy having a wine / night out together but also respect each others space and often watch tv/have dinner together in the evenings. We’re all working professionals - no students sorry!
The room is furnished and is a large double bedroom with a desk, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has a large window and gets the afternoon sun. You’d be sharing the main bathroom with me, the 2 other girls have en-suites.
Deposit: £550
Rent: £740 monthly (includes council tax, wifi and the stairwell maintenance)
Bills are around £44 each per month.
