Room in flat near Comely bank/Stockbridge

Room in flat available from January.

My flatmate is moving out in January and I am looking for someone to move in and take his room. I work 3 days from home doing software. Ideally looking for someone who has a similar schedule (works mon-fri office hours).

It's a very nice flat with plenty space. There are two bathrooms so won't need to share a shower, nice kitchen and a living room with dining table.

The flat is around 20mins from Haymarket, 30min walk to princess at or 10min bus, and 15mins to Stockbridge or Dean village, so very good location. There's spaces to park your car if you have one.

Rent is £700, plus bills. Council tax is band F which is quite high so would probably be looking for a non student to split this with. Any applicant will have to be approved by the landlord as well.
