Morningside, two flatmates wanted

Hi there

Two of our flatmates are moving out as one is off traveling and the other is moving in with her boyfriend.

We looking for two people to move in from the 31st of December however the smaller room is available from the 27th.

The flat is a terrance flat which is in morningside, we have a lovely garden that we share with our neighbours which is perfect for chilling in when we actually get some sunshine. Waitrose and M&S are walkable distances, Aldi is about 30 minutes away. Great links to buses to get to city centre.

Council tax is included in the rent and wifi, gas and electricity not included. Wifi is £9 each and gas and electricity can range from £30 to £50 during the winter but does go down during the summer.

I am currently finishing my masters in Art psychotherapy and working part time as a support worker. I enjoy cooking, art, reading, pottery, galleries and cinema.

Kerstin (32) she/her
Kerstin is Irish, writer who is also currently studying counselling. She enjoys writing, poetry, reading, art, films, dancing and long walks

We are a sociable flat and like to watch films or share meals together but also do value having our own space.
