Two flatmates of a 4 person flat are moving out in January, so we are looking for 2 friendly students to replace these tenants! The other two tenants are 2 girls.
The rooms to let are 1 large double room and one medium sized double room. The flat includes a large living room, kitchen, shared garden and one bathroom with shower. *Photographs show the larger room to let, and the rest of the flat, I will soon be adding photographs of the smaller room!
The tenants must be looking to stay until August 2026.
* Please note that one of the tenants owns a cat, so new tenants must be happy with living with a cat! He is very friendly and quiet and doesn't need any maintenance other than by his owner :) *
