Hello! My name is Ella, I’m 26 years old and live in Trinity in the North of Edinburgh. I have a spare double room in a lovely ground floor flat on a quiet street with great transport links. The flat is warm, cosy and light - I’m looking for a professional, tidy flatmate who wants somewhere to call home. The numbers 8, 9, 23, 27 and 14 buses are all on the doorstep. Within a short (15min)walking distance is Wardie Bay, as well as Inverleith Park, the Botanical Gardens, and Stockbridge. The neighbours are lovely and the area is very quiet.

I work in town at the National Gallery of Scotland. When I’m not working I love getting out and about in the hills, running, cooking, watching movies and making art. The flat would be best suited to someone looking for a quiet and cosy home! Especially ideal for anyone needing to commute to Leith, into the centre of town, or along to the Western hospital.
The council tax is band D.
The flat is available from the start of January (earliest the 9th). The flat is only available to professionals.
