I'm looking for a quiet, clean, and tidy professional to take one of the double bedrooms in the flat i’m living for a long-term let.
The flat is very well maintained, so good hygiene and cleanliness are very important to me.
Unfortunately, no pets, smokers, or party animals, please.
You'll be sharing the flat with me: I'm a 35-year-old professional from Greece, living in Edinburgh for the past nine years and in this flat for around eight. When I'm not working, I usually spend my time quietly at home or catching up with friends.
Location:
The flat is right in the heart of the Haymarket area (super location), just a 3-minute walk from bus, tram, and train connections, with a taxi rank outside the building and about 10 minutes' walk to Princes Street. There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafés and shops nearby.
Rent & Details:
• Rent: £455/month
• Deposit: £455
• Council Tax: Band C
• Bills: Extra, approx. £80 total per month (depending on usage). This includes gas, electricity, and internet.
• Council Tax: Paid separately.
• Availability: From 1st January
