The flat has a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining & sitting area. There is also a leafy garden with a patio and a secure indoor space for storing a bike. Permanently resident are two quirky cats.

Nearby is Meadowbank Sports Stadium, St Margaret's House art and wellbeing complex, an indoor climbing and bouldering hangar, supermarkets, artesan bakeries, coffee shops and cafes. By bus, the flat is only 10 minutes equidistant from Princes Street and Portobello beach.

We are looking for a responsible, respectful, positive and active flatmate who is vegetarian or vegan and ecologically mindful.

About us; landlords/flatmates
We are an artist and teacher couple in our 50s.
We are enthusiastic cooks, nature lovers, happy gardeners, keen cyclists, fast walkers, Pilates practitioners and newish yogis. We love theatre, contemporary dance, live music and Italian language.

Flatmate: A female student on a work placement as part of her PhD programme. Her interests include hill walking, crafting and Latin dance.

Included in the rent is all household energy bills.
Council Tax (Band E) is paid by the landlords.
