I am the current tenant and I am looking for a replacement student to take over my tenancy for an en-suite room in Edinburgh Napier University student accommodation.

🛏 Room: Single, fully furnished en-suite
🏠 Flat: 8-bed shared flat with shared kitchen

💷 Rent: £198 per week (bills included)
⚡ Utilities (electricity & gas) included
❌ No deposit required

📅 Available from: 19 December
⏳ Tenancy until: 25 August 2026

This is a tenancy takeover. The new tenant must be a full-time Edinburgh Napier University student and will need to be approved by Student Accommodation before moving in. Rent is paid directly to the University under their tenancy agreement.
