Double Room in Dalry

Hey all! My current flatmate, Becca, is moving so I'm looking for someone to take her room.

I'm looking for someone friendly, clean, social, respectful. If we have stuff in common, even better. Ideally, I'd want us to be friends rather than flatmates.

You'd be living with me - I work full-time in hospitality (only evenings, no late nights). I studied neuroscience and psychology, enjoy climbing, hiking, and walking, and like movies, reading, and games. I've done a lot of travelling and would love to do more. I'm pretty laidback and not into partying.

The picture of the room is before she moved in. It is bigger than it looks, 2.5m x 4.5m. It has a double bed, huge wardrobe (2m wide and more than 2m tall), has space for a desk, and it gets a ton of sunlight during the day.

The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen/living room. It's in the centre of Dalry, with lots of buses into town, a park out front, and the canal nearby is great for walks.

Total monthly cost is under £800 (rent, council tax, energy, internet). The landlord is genuinely very nice and easy going.

She is moving out on Jan 1st, which is the ideal move-in date, though there might be some flexibility for the right person.
