Room available for short term and long term let

Hello! I am renting this room for 1-2 month, from 22 Dec 2025 to 14 feb 2026. Ideally around 21st Dec - 25th Jan. The room is also open for short term as well as long-term stay.

This room is furnished (including bedding and duvet), part of a 2 bedroom flat, with shared hall, kitchen, and a bathroom. You will be living with my flat mate. Facilities included: microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, fridge, and oven + stove set.

Deposit is £200 and the rent is for £600 (excluding the bills and council tax). Rent is negotiable. Ideally the gas is around £40 per month (split with flatmate, so around £20/per person), electricity £30pm (also split), council tax around £55 per person, and unlimited wi-fi £12 per person.

The place is EH4, near 2 bus stops (~3 mins away), including services from 14, 16, 27, and 37. Lidl is ~7mins away by bus, Greggs is ~12mins by walk. There is also a few shopping centers nearby.
