Thanks to this exceptional location, everything is within walking distance. There is no need for public transport at all. Walk just minutes along the Royal Mile to reach Edinburgh Castle, or head in the opposite direction to Holyrood Palace/Holyrood Park. All of Edinburgh’s main attractions, museums, restaurants, cafés, and shops are literally on your doorstep.

From the balcony, you can catch a glimpse of Arthur’s Seat, offering a lovely reminder of Edinburgh’s dramatic natural landscape right in the city centre.

The private room consists of: a double bed, two bedside tables, armchair, wardrobe with hangers and built-in chest of drawers, and an additional free standing chest of drawers, TV with complimentary Netflix, table lamp, small mirror. A small desk/table will also be added to the room soon.

The rent is £895 per month, all bills included (electricity, gas, council tax, broadband).

Please note: it is a private room in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is shared with only two people (a couple). The kitchen and the bathroom is shared. There are also two lovely Bengal cats, 8 months old, but they will not be going inside your private room.
