Two Rooms, One Amazing View, A Lot of Steps

Peaceful but social cosy roof-space flat seeks two new flatmates. Keen crafters and creatives, we’re usually happy doing our own thing but all together, with lofi, tea, and nice chat. We’re also partial to the occasional dinner party or movie night, just don’t expect us up past midnight!

Perched atop one of New Town’s tallest Georgian townhouses, you must be comfortable with a lot of stairs but the views are well worth it.

Open to either an existing duo or solos. Move in date flexible, but 10th February at the latest. Bills usually £50-80 depending on the time of year
