Room in Beautiful Bonnington Flat Available

I recently bought a flat and I am looking for someone to move into my spare bedroom until summer.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area of Bonnington, a stone’s throw away from all the facilities in Leith. It has plenty of room and natural light and comes with free parking and a shared garden too!

The room has a King-sized storage bed and full length mirrored wardrobe. (I can provide more furniture than is in the picture.) There is also a huge loft space for any more storage space needed.

I am a young working professional, 24 years old. I work 9-5 in central Edinburgh but have lots of hobbies outside of work. I love all sports and being outside and also love languages! I am vegetarian and love cooking for people and hosting dinner parties or other chill activities. I like to keep my flat very clean and am looking for someone to do the same.

I am council tax band D and would be looking to split this and bills (minus council tax for a student.)
