My current flatmate is moving out at the end of January and I wish to stay in the flat, so looking for his replacement.

Available room is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (as shown in the video) and access to the shared areas (kitchen, living room and dining room). Flat is situated in a nice residential area with good bus connections and only 20 minutes walk to West End. Own parking space available as well.

Current rent is £1531,80 shared equally. Other bills (tax band E, energies and broadband) come up around £230 each.

The flat is no smoking, no parties place, so more suitable for professionals, students only if they are willing to pay their share of the tax.

PLEASE NOTE, that this is a joint tenancy contract through DJ Alexander and replacement tenants must meet the following criteria:

"Employed individuals require a salary of 30x the monthly rent or equivalent savings.

Students and those living in the UK for less than 6 months must have a UK-based guarantor earning 36x the monthly rent."
