I'm moving out of my flat in Newington to move home, and am looking for someone to take my room from the 3rd or 4th of January!
The current tenants are all really lovely people and a mix of professionals and postgrad students. We split council tax between us, but bills (inc. council tax) usually work out to ~40-50 a month.
The room is on the lower floor in the two-storey flat, and has a door that leads out onto a private patio. There is a shower room and a toilet downstairs, as well as a full bathroom upstairs.
