We’re looking for a new flatmates to join our lovely 5-bedroom flat in central Edinburgh, as two of our flatmates is moving to another city for a new job.

Large room: £810 pcm
Medium room: £710 pcm
Bills: approx. £60 per month
Available from: 12 Janauary

Both rooms are furnished, bright and spacious.
The larger room includes a walk-in wardrobe, private sink and plenty of natural light.

About us
We are four women aged 22- 30, from Germany, Kenya and China. All of us have completed postgraduate studies and are now working or starting new jobs.
The flat has a warm, relaxed and respectful atmosphere. We enjoy friendly chats in the kitchen or the occasional coffee together, but also value privacy, routines and a tidy shared space. This is very much a home, not a party flat.
