Beautiful Room in the Meadows

One fully furnished room will be available February 1st in this gorgeous flat. The current flatmates are Owen (American), Jack (Scottish), Harry (Welsh) and Grace (Scottish). The flatmates are relaxed and friendly, who like to have drinks or dinner together every once in a while. Everyone works in a variety of industries, as such we are looking for a working professional or a student. We're looking for someone to stay long-term, someone who will be respectful and considerate of the other flatmates, and someone who will do their part keeping the flat clean.

The bedroom is £746 per month. It is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and lamp, a couch, two dressers, a small pullout storage container next to the sink, mirror above the sink, a desk, desk lamp and chair. There is also a small amount of storage behind the mirrored door and storage underneath the window. The room is absolutely wonderful - it's comfy, spacious, and has a view of the castle from the window.

The flat is a third-floor 5-bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and plenty of storage, and has been renovated in September 2018. The flat has a great view of the meadows and gets a lot of sun. It's just a five-minute walk away from George Square and a 20-25 minute walk into Haymarket. Utility contracts are already set up, so you won’t need to worry about setting anything up. Bills + council tax are approximately £120 per month (Student welcome but must be willing to pay council tax).

I am moving out of the room at the end of January, so move in/bills would be starting February 1st. Kindly note that a damage deposit of £700 is required upon agreement to be accepted as a flatmate.
