Room available in Marchmont - Start of Feb

Our current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to take over her room from the start of February.

The flat is in Marchmont, with excellent bus links to the rest of the city. It’s a great area; close to local shops, a gym and swimming pool, and just a short walk from The Meadows.

You’d be sharing the flat with Harry and Ben, who are both tidy, friendly, and sociable, but also respect personal space. They’re fairly active and often spend evenings out training, so the flat is a nice balance of social and relaxed.

The available room comes with:
• A shared bathroom with one other flatmate
• Access to a small shared living room
• Access to a shared garden area
• Street side permit parking

Rent: £550 per month
Bills: Approx. £130 per month
