Double Room in Shared Flat (with own bathroom)

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a flat in Bonnington. The available double room has a built-in wardrobe and its own private bathroom. Rent is £875 per month, excluding gas and electricity (approximately £75 pp per month depending on usage), bringing the total to around £950 per month including all bills.

The flat is on the 5th floor (with a lift) in a new development on South Fort Street, Bonnington (EH6 5FS).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, and a chest of drawers. The flat is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The open-plan living room/kitchen has a couch, TV, and a small dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with small appliances, including a coffee machine, food processor, air fryer, slow cooker, as well as the usual microwave, toaster and kettle.

I’m an academic, 36 years old, originally from Egypt. I moved from London last year and have been living in the UK for around 10 years and before that I used to live in Norway. I enjoy reading, hiking, travelling, dancing, music, working out, and exploring new places. I’m a coffee enthusiast and love trying new things. I work from home most of the time (usually in my room).

I’m mainly looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, friendly, and considerate with noise.
