Hello! We have a cosy and spacious room available in a 4 bedroom flat in Abbeyhill from the 21st January. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The location is great, right next to Holyrood park and Leith, close to lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes, gyms, a big Lidl and Sainsbury’s, and just 15 minutes to the city centre.

We’re a calm flat of young professionals, ideally looking for another professional for council tax reasons.

Rent is 675 and bills usually add up to 100-120 per month depending on the season (council tax, electricity, gas, internet and stair cleaning).
