2 room Newington flat - seeking student flatmate

A 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom flat with shared kitchen and living room.

Room available has its own bathroom with combined bath & shower, though not an ensuite. In-built wardrobe, shelving and western facing window with unobstructed view.

I am a final year PhD student based at King's Buildings and am looking to fill the room that my previous flatmate of 3 years has recently vacated. Ideally looking for a long term flatmate for at least 1 year.

I'm used to sharing cooking, cleaning and grocery responsibilities with my flatmate, which I'd be keen to continue doing, depending on the person!

Eating together or watching a movie from time to time would be nice. A little bit about myself, I play the saxophone in a jazz collective and like trying my hand at different arts and crafts - I'm currently knitting a scarf.
