• Close to supermarket, Scotmid, Sainsbury’s, Starbucks
• Next to a large park, swimming pool, dance workshops & art spaces
• Nearby affordable wholesale market

Bills (per person):
• Council tax: ~£67
• Gas & electricity: ~£30 (less in summer)
→ Around £100/month in total bills

Flatmates:
All girls, working professionals, clean, respectful and easy to live with.
Friendly atmosphere but everyone respects personal space.
