The room comes with a double bed and also includes a separate small study room with desk and chair, which is ideal for working or studying from home.
The room is on the first floor and is fully furnished.

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared with one flatmate.
The living room opens onto a large shared roof terrace. The flat has gas heating.

The flat is located next to the University of Edinburgh George Square campus.
There are groceries, shops, restaurants and bus stops directly downstairs, so getting around the city is very convenient.

💷 Rent & bills
Rent is £615 per month.
Bills are not included.
Available from around 10 January.

👤 About the flatmate
You’ll be sharing with one female PhD student at the University of Edinburgh.
She is very tidy, clean and takes good care of the shared spaces.
The flat is generally quiet and well kept.

Female preferred, but open to discussion.
No preference on occupation.
