Description
Hiya, I’m a 24yo financial analyst working 5 days a week in the office. When I’m at home, I’m typically cooking, watching Netflix or editing/creating videos.
I plan on moving out in April so it’s suitable for both long-term and short term rent. You can either keep the tenancy and find another flat mate or use it as a temporary place. Costs include rent and all bills + bedding, linen (if required) and shared use of kitchen items/utensils/crockery etc.
The room is in move-in condition with a comfortable Emma mattress, drawers and cupboard plus an ottoman bed for added storage. The living room is bright and spacious and if you work from home, there’s a Herman Miller (Fully) sit-stand desks and comfortable chair perfect for a workstation setup.
The flat is just a short stroll from Leith Walk, nestled off Broughton Road overlooking Redbraes Park. The area is extremely well connected with a Redbraes Place bus stop 3 minutes away and the McDonald Road tram stop 15 minutes away. There’s free street parking outside the address and the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful since most of the neighbours are family or elderly people. It’s also surrounded by lots of greenery and your room overlooks the shared garden space so you can watch the birds through the window.
