Hi everyone!

Our flatmate is moving out at the end of the month so we are looking for someone new to take over her large, bright double room off Dalry Road (eh11) on the 2nd of feb. The rent is £592 a month, with bills coming in around £35 and council tax is Band E.

The flat is a three bedroom, two bathroom (one bathroom is an en-suite to a different bedroom so you would be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant). The flat also has a small shared living space and a kitchen with laundry. You would be sharing the flat with two friendly girls (27 & 28) who work fulltime.

The flat is about a 10 minute walk from Haymarket and there’s a bus stop with links to the city center and Leith about a five minute walk from the flat. There’s also a Lidl and Co-op around the corner, along with some great cafes and restaurants.
