We’re looking for another girl 25-29 to join our friendly 3-bed flat in EH7. You’d be taking a very large, bright double room with north-facing windows and loads of natural light. Rent is £700 per month, bills + council tax are about £125 per month. Deposit is £866.67. Move in date is 3rd Feb, with viewings to take place this and next week.
📍 Amazing transport links – several bus stops within a 2-minute walk, including one directly outside the flat. 15 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverly station, 10 minutes to the Old and New Town.
👭 You’ll be living with me (F28 Aussie) and my flatmate Yaz (F25 English). We’re easy-going, sociable, and want someone who’s keen to be part of a home, not just a flatshare. One of us works from home full time, other is hybrid working both from home and in the office so we like a quiet house on working days. We’ve become close friends having lived with each other for over a year – on the weekends we love to be social, go on adventures and have the odd night out.
🧼 We enjoy a tidy space — one of us is coeliac, so being mindful and cleaning up after yourself is very important.
