Hi, my current flatmate is moving away for work so I have a spare double room available. You would be living with me, 24F young professional working as an auditor. I often work in the office but enjoy being sociable in the evenings :) Flat has a separate spacious living room and kitchen.
Flat is in a great location, you can walk to Princes Street in 20 mins and there are good bus and tram connections. Lots of cute cafes and pubs around and I enjoy going for a nice coffee or drink!!
Rent is £700 + bills total around £150 per month including council tax. Flat available from 14th March so please get in touch if this sounds like it would suit you.
