Double room available in a 2 bed house

Double Room Available – Newhaven, Edinburgh (4-6 Months)

We’re looking for someone to take over a spacious double bedroom in our home for around 4 months, while one of our housemates is travelling.

The house is located in Newhaven, a brilliant spot by the water. It’s well connected to the city centre with regular buses and the tram nearby, but also ideal if you enjoy being outdoors. We’re close to coastal walks, wild swimming spots, the harbour, and cycle routes, offering a lovely balance of city access and nature.

The house has a small front and back garden, which we enjoy using—especially in better weather. There's also a parking space that we don't use.

Rent & Bills:
Around £900 per month (including rent and bills). Council Tax band E.

About you:
We’re ideally looking for someone who is:
- Chilled, respectful, and easy-going
- Professionally working
- Cares about nature and the environment
- Happy to live communally and look after the space

If you’re looking for a comfortable base in Edinburgh for a few months and like the idea of coastal living with good city access, this could be a great fit.
