Room available near Holyrood Palace

Hello !

My friend and I's flatmate is moving out so we would need someone to replace her as soon as possible. We are both female students and would only consider female student as potential flatmates. This does entail that we do not need to pay council tax.

Broadband is 35 a month and bills typically are about 80 quid for electricity and 120 for gas (only till end of february probably). This is divided between 3 people so about 80 quid a month total.

For the room, it comes with a double bed, two side tables, two lamps, and one chest of drawers. There is one shared bathroom.

For students, the 35 is right down the road which leads straight into the main campus area, only takes about 20 minutes and is quite regular. Or we have some buses up the hill (~ 5 min) walk to get onto Princes street area.

In terms of dynamic, neither of us are home much and we like to clean weekly on the weekend. We are generally quiet people too.
