Flatmate Required

A room is available for £430 per month plus bills (No council tax). Please note that the rent may increase by £30–£40 when the tenancy renews in June. Bills up to £50 per month in winter and £20–£30 per month in summer. we have a parking space aswell. We’re looking for a female tenant, preferably someone who doesn’t drink. We also prefer someone who does not bring male guests home. This is a quiet, non-party flat, so we need someone who is clean, respectful, and treats the place like a home, not a hostel.
