My flatmate is moving out of our two-bedroom flat in EH6 Newhaven. I am looking for a flatmate to move in on 1st Feb '26 (with possible move-in day slightly earlier).
The flat:
The monthly rent, is £637 per month. Utilities about £40-60 per month depending on the weather, and this includes wifi.
Council Tax Band: D (£80 per person per month).
There is a large living room area, which connects through to a seprate kitchen. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
There are two cupboards and a loft, so lots of storage room. We also have parking permits for the carpark.
Nearby:
-Quiet neighbourhood next to the sea
-4 mins walk to Asda Superstore.
-12 minute walk to Ocean Terminal shopping mall.
-25 minute commute to the city centre: Newhaven Tram every 7 minutes and reguslar buses into town (the 16 and 11 go to Princes Street, and the bus stops are basically at the front door)

Hi! I’m Isobel. I am the current flatmate and I'm looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room. I'm 27 and I like reading and crochet. I'm also fairly active and enjoy running and roller skating. I'm always up for a pub quiz, but also enjoy peaceful evenings by myself.
