Hi! I’m looking for a female lodger to take over my room in a warm and welcoming 3-bed house in the lovely Bonaly area (EH13). It’s a peaceful, cosy home and I’d really love to pass the room on to someone who will enjoy living here as much as I have.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a double bed, mirror, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a desk and a chair. The house itself has a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a modern kitchen, two toilets, and a beautiful garden. It’s a very comfortable space with plenty of room to relax, plus a TV with access to Netflix and Disney.

The No.10 bus stop is right next to the house, the 16 just a 6-minute walk away, and the 18 and 45 around 14 minutes away. It’s about 15 minutes by bus to Napier Craiglockhart Campus and roughly 30 minutes to the city centre (Lothian Road). There’s a Co-op about a 12-minute walk away, a handy corner shop just around the corner, and Bonaly Country Park is only a 15-minute walk if you enjoy nature :)

You’d be living with the lovely owner, her 18-year-old daughter, and Oscar the cat 🐈. It’s a calm, respectful and homey household.
